Our second step involves scarifying or grinding any remailning imperfections or stubborn spots missed by the first step. Finally, our third step is to carefully shot blast or grind to a smooth surface in preparation for a new top layer or coating. If you prefer the natural look of your concrete floor we can polish the surface to a mirror-like shine and then seal it, locking in that perfect glossy appearance.

Adhesive residue (mastic) on a concrete floor can be a nightmare to remove, particularly if the glue has been there for a number of years and it's rock hard. However, getting the glue off is possible with one call to Universal Surfaces. We make hard work easy!
