Steel shot blasting is ideal for cleaning, stripping, and prepping concrete and steel. The round ball shape of the shot produces a clean, smooth, and abraded surface through a peening action. The size of the shot will determine the ultimate finish achieved. Smaller shot produces a coarser texture. Due to the hardness and density of steel shot, it can be recycled as many as 3000 times before replacement. The shot blasting process creates a minimal amount of dust which is contained by the latest, most effective dust control technology, ensuring 100% cleanup and containment of all debris.

Our fleet includes a wide variety of electric, diesel, and propane-powered shot blasters. We can lightly blast or remove up to 1/4" of surface material with each pass. We have a wide array of walk-behind or ride-on machines with blasting paths from 4 inches to 20 inches in width. We can blast any wide open area as well as edges, corners and any other hard-to-reach areas.
